郭建华个人介绍

郭建华,博士,中共党员,江西赣州人,现任中国科学院空天信息创新研究院副研究员(获2025年中国科学院百人计划资助)、中国科学院大学研究生导师、视觉智能与大数据分析团队负责人。2021年于天津大学获信息与通信工程博士学位(师从杨敬钰教授),同年赴德国慕尼黑工业大学(2025QS全球排名第22,德国第一)从事博士后研究(2021.10-2024.12),历任高级研究员、研究生导师(合作导师为Xiao Xiang Zhu教授/院士/IEEE Fellow)。长期致力于人工智能与计算机视觉驱动的遥感影像智能处理研究,聚焦国产光学卫星(ZY-3GF系列)的质量智能化监测、大数据分析与智能解译,主导研发的遥感影像智能质检系统已成功应用于自然资源卫星遥感云服务平台,实现质检效率提升90%,年均节省人力成本超千万元。在国际顶级SCI期刊IEEE TGRSISPRS等发表学术论文40余篇(其中中科院一区论文20余篇),相关成果获中国测绘地理信息学会测绘科技进步特等奖、天津市科技进步一等奖、中德(CSC-DAAD)博士后奖学金(全国50人)。现担任《Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence》《Remote Sensing》《Electronics》《Frontiers in Earth Science》等4SCI期刊客座编辑,长期为30余家国际SCI期刊审稿,并兼任常州大学、中国地质大学(武汉)兼职导师。其领导的视觉智能与大数据分析团队于2025年建立,依托中国科学院空天信息创新研究院/可持续发展大数据国际研究中心(SDG中心),面向国家新质生产力发展需求,突破卫星遥感影像智能解译、多模态数据融合、星地协同智能计算等关键技术,支撑新一代遥感卫星体系升级,服务国家空天信息战略与全球可持续发展目标。
